Dr. Jose Isaac is an associate professor and head of the Surgical Clinic and therapeutic "A" in the school of medicine José María Vargas of the medical faculty in the Central University of Venezuela. In addition, he works as a bariatric surgeon at the Hospital de Clinicas Caracas where the mission is to provide a service of high quality and a great effort to keep the biomedical technology in the surgical area. The HCC has twelve operating rooms, one being the first Integrated Digital OR1 Surgical Center (unique in Latin America), a System Image and Data Collection (AID) to conduct special endoscopic surgery. In Laparoscopic Surgery, the HCC is a pioneer and has the largest Venezuelan experience.
